本软件以目前最普遍使用的FOXBASE和CCED为基础环境，引进模糊教学综合评判法和中心极限算法，运用面向对象的下拉菜单设计技术，突出反映了定量与定性结合的软件特色。
The software is based on FOXBASE and CCED, which are the most commonly used ones at present. The software introduced fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and central limit algorithm, and used object-oriented pull-down menu design technology to highlight the software features combining quantitative and qualitative.
