在超高真空(UHV)条件下,向Rh(100)表面蒸积Mn,利用AES、UPS和LEED等表面分析技术,研究了该Rh-Mn体系,发现了Mn在Rh(100)表面的两种生长模式,制备了一种未见报道的表面合金Rh(100)c(2×2)-Mn。
Mn was vaporized onto the surface of Rh (100) under UHV conditions. The Rh-Mn system was investigated by surface analysis techniques such as AES, UPS and LEED. The results show that Mn A new type of surface alloy Rh (100) c (2 × 2) -Mn was prepared.
