目的:探讨沙眼衣原体(CT)感染生殖道对妊娠的影响和CT感染的致病机制以及细胞因子TGF-β1及其受体TGF-β-R1与妊娠之间的关系。方法:建立CT感染大鼠模型,取大鼠妊娠子宫组织进行逆转录PCR,并利用免疫组织化学方法检测转化生长因子β1及其受体蛋白的分布情况和表达变化。结果:TGF-β1及其受体主要表达在腺体及蜕膜细胞中;感染组中TGF-β1及其受体的表达量明显高于对照组。结论:TGF-β1及其受体在CT感染的孕鼠蜕膜组织中的过表达与病理妊娠具有直接相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influence of genital tractus (CT) infection on pregnancy and the pathogenic mechanism of CT infection and the relationship between TGF-β1 and its receptor TGF-β-R1 and pregnancy. Methods: CT-infected rat models were established. Pregnant uterus tissues were extracted for RT-PCR. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the distribution and expression of TGF-β1 and its receptor proteins. Results: The expression of TGF-β1 and its receptor was mainly in glandular and decidual cells. The expression of TGF-β1 and its receptor in the infected group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: The overexpression of TGF-β1 and its receptor in decidual tissue of CT-infected pregnant rats is directly related to pathological pregnancy.
