豆腐废水,又称豆腐醋,属乳杆菌,能加速培养料中纤维素、半纤维素、木质素的分解,积累有机酸。栽培香菇喷施一定浓度豆腐废水,可促进子实体的发生,提高产量。现将方法介绍如下: 供试菌株香菇Cr-02于1992年9月8日接种,1993年1月下旬开袋栽培,采收头潮菇后随机抽取40袋,设试验与对照两组,每组20袋,于2月17日~3月9日进行喷施对比,到第二潮菇3月24日结束。试验组喷施浓度:豆腐废水:清水为1:4,对照组喷清水,每隔7天喷一次,共喷4次,标准为10ml溶液喷施
