抽油井计算机综合诊断技术,采用了电子动力仪、井口憋压仪、液面测深仪和电机功率仪等四种传感器,并全部与车载计算机接口。它可以实现同步测试和延时采样,获得的原始数据信息量大、可靠性高、对应性好,经综合诊断软件处理,当场可给出10条曲线,输出70项数据,并由计算机直接作出诊断的结论。该技术提高了对窄条功图和油管漏失等泵况诊断的分辨率和符合率,经27口井检泵验证,诊断符合率达92%。
