高校智库影响力与其他类型智库影响力一样,本质上都是文化软实力,但高校智库所处的文化环境及内外部文化要素之间的作用机制与一般智库有很大不同,高校智库影响力(文化软实力)的测评,可以建立以政治性影响力、学术性影响力、专业服务性影响力和物质依存性影响力四测度为核心的评价体系。高校智库影响力测量体系将全面反映高校智库的性质与使命,对高校智库实务运作起引领作用。
The influence of college think-tanks, like the influence of other types of think-tanks, is essentially cultural soft power. However, the mechanism of the cultural environment and internal and external cultural elements in which college think tanks are located is quite different from that of general think tanks. (Cultural soft power), we can set up an evaluation system centered on the four dimensions of political influence, academic influence, professional service influence and material dependence influence. The measurement system of college think-tank influence will fully reflect the nature and mission of college think-tanks and play a leading role in the practical operation of college think-tanks.
