目的观察肝内局部用缓释制剂-FMC Seakem HGT Agarose-卡铂合剂的体外释放特性。方法建立肝内局部用药物体外释放试验模型;采用改良的过滤槽法对FMC Seakem HGT Agarose-卡铂合剂进行体外释放试验。结果改良模型较好地模拟了肝内局部用药的环境;FMC Seakem HGT Agarose一卡铂合剂在体外具有明显的缓释效应。结论 FMC Seakem HGT Agarose一卡铂合剂有望成为一种良好的肝内局部用缓释制剂。
Objective To observe the in vitro release characteristics of intrahepatic topical sustained-release preparation-FMC Seakem HGT Agarose-carboplatin. Methods The intrahepatic local drug release model in vitro was established. In vitro release test of FMC Seakem HGT Agarose-carboplatin mixture was carried out by modified filter tank method. Results The modified model better simulated the intrahepatic local drug use. FMC Seakem HGT Agarose had a sustained release in vitro. Conclusions FMC Seakem HGT Agarose is a promising intrahepatic topical sustained-release preparation.
