硼酸滴耳液为五官科常用制剂之一,用于治疗中耳炎及耳道消毒等,临床使用疗效不太满意,特别是各类急慢性化脓性中耳炎。为此,我们参考有关资料,对配方进行一定的改进,制成复方制剂使用,收到满意效果,现介绍如下。1制剂配方及制备方法1.1配方甲硝唑40g;粗黄连粉100g;硼酸20g;甘油100g;75%乙醇适量。1.2制备方法及应用1.2.1制备方法取甲硝唑加适量75%乙醇溶解,过滤得甲液;取粗黄连粉加75%乙醇约700ml,浸泡2h,
