针对目前航道绿色水平评价方法的不足,研究基于熵权法和灰色关联分析法相结合的航道绿色水平评价方法.分析绿色航道内涵并分别提出航道建设期和运营期绿色水平评价指标体系.利用熵权法确定各评价指标的客观权重,克服了原始灰色关联中指标平权和专家赋值的不足;然后,采用灰色关联分析法得到航道绿色水平评价值,充分利用了各指标的全部信息,并发挥了灰色关联适合具有一定灰度小样本事件的优势.对浙江省在建的高等级航道绿色水平进行实证分析,并与主成分分析法及熵权TOPSIS分析法进行对比.结果表明,该方法能够对航道建设期和运营期的绿色水平做出合理的定性评价,为航道绿色水平提供了一种可行的评价方法.
In view of the shortage of current greenway level evaluation methods, this paper studies the greenway level evaluation methods based on the combination of entropy method and gray relational analysis, analyzes the connotation of green channel, and proposes the evaluation index system of green level during the construction and operation of waterway respectively. Method to determine the objective weight of each evaluation index, to overcome the lack of equality of the index and the assignment of the experts in the original gray relation; then, the gray correlation analysis method is used to get the evaluation value of the green level of the channel, make full use of all the information of each index, The correlation is suitable for the sample event with a certain gray scale advantages.An empirical analysis of the green level of the high grade waterway under construction in Zhejiang Province is carried out and compared with the principal component analysis and the entropy TOPSIS analysis.The results show that this method can be applied to waterway During the construction and operation period, the green level is made to make a reasonable qualitative evaluation, which provides a feasible evaluation method for the waterway green level.
