中日合作黑潮调查研究第三次工作组会议于1988年11月23日至25日在杭州浙江宾馆举行。这次会议回顾了1988年度中日黑潮合作调查研究的实施情况,听取了有关部门关于图集整编和资料交换情况的汇报,并讨论了1989年度中日合作调查研究的初步计划和召开黑潮研 The 3rd Working Group Meeting on Sino-Japanese Cooperative Climatic Investigation and Research was held at Zhejiang Hotel in Hangzhou from November 23 to 25, 1988.
