当今武术界尤其是民间武术在训练中存在着较为普遍的忽视或轻视基本功锻炼、招法练习及套路对练的状况。本文通过长期观察,结合自身长期习练多种类武术项目、系统性训练和教学的经历,对武术锻炼中存在的“三大误区”进行深入分析,使习练者提高对武术阶段性的认识,重在强调肢架、招法及套路对练在武术训练中的重要作用,旨在揭示武术发展的正确方向。
