以限制性胃蛋白酶消化、分步盐析法从人胎盘中提取Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原（ＣｏｌⅠ、ＣｏｌⅢ），用淋巴结内微量注射法免疫家兔，制备抗ＣｏｌⅠ和ＣｏｌⅢ的抗血清。抗血清经亲和层析免疫吸附后，ＥＬＩＳＡ和免疫组化检测证实所制得的抗ＣｏｌⅠ的ＣｏｌⅢ的抗体是单一特异的，它们的制备成功为组织学原位研究ＣｏｌⅠ和ＣｏｌⅢ的变化提供了可能。
Col Ⅰ and Col Ⅲ were extracted from human placenta by restriction pepsin digestion and fractional salting-out. Rabbits were immunized with microinjection into lymph nodes to prepare antiserum against ColⅠ and Col Ⅲ. Antiserum affinity chromatography affinity immunoassay, ELISA and immunohistochemical tests confirmed that the resulting anti-Col Ⅰ Col Ⅲ antibodies are single specific, their successful preparation for histological in situ study of Col Ⅰ and Col Ⅲ changes provided may.
