各位代表、同志们:在中央领导的直接关怀下,经过与会同志的共同努力,这次全国艺术教育工作会议完成了预定的任务,就要圆满结束了。党中央和国务院对这次会议非常重视,会议期间,李岚清同志代表中央亲切接见了与会代表,听取了汇报,并对如何发展艺术教育事业做了重要指示,大家感到深受教育和鼓舞。刘忠德同志代表部党组做了主题报告,陶纯孝同志对会议提供的七个文件作了说明。各省、自治区、直辖市教委、文化厅主管艺术教育的负责同志、全国高中等艺术院校有关领导参加了会议。国家教委的领导同志和广描电影电视部、轻工总会等有关部门的 Dear Delegates and Comrades: With the direct concern of the central leadership, with the concerted efforts of participating comrades, the scheduled task for the national arts education conference has been successfully concluded. The Central Committee of the Party and the State Council attached great importance to this meeting. During the meeting, Comrade Li Lanqing, on behalf of the Central Government, cordially received the participants, listened to the report and made important instructions on how to develop the cause of arts education. All of us felt that we were deeply educated and encouraged. Comrade Liu Zhongde made a keynote speech on behalf of the party group, Comrade Tao Chunxiao gave a presentation on the seven documents provided by the conference.
