为认真贯彻落实7月27日国家林业局党组扩大会议暨全国林业厅局长电视电话会议精神,深入研究“相持阶段”的新形势、新任务。进一步深化对生态建设处于“相持阶段”科学判断的认识,分析“相持阶段”保护工作所处的位置,全面总结各地在开展未成年人生态道德教育方面取得的成功经验;阐释生态道德的内容、特点和规律;论述加强生态道德教育与生态建设的关系;研究实施未成年人生态道德教育方式、方法,探讨生态道德教育与协会活动相结合的途径。由中国野生动物保护协会、中国野生植物保护协会于2005年8月11-12日在都江堰市召开国家林业局全国未成年人生态道德教育经验交流会。
