按语:职业指导是高质量、高水平的就业服务,是帮助劳动者成功实现就业和再就业的重要手段。新形势下,以高校毕业生为代表的青年人就业问题成为就业工作的重中之重,解决青年人就业,职业指导可以发挥很好的作用,但当前职业指导工作技术、方法和手段仍需职业指导人员在实践中不断摸索和完善。教练技术是一种有效的管理工具,探索教练技术在职业指导中的应用,推动其被广大职业指导师所认识和了解,将为劳动者提供更好的职业指导服务。
