当今是科技信息高速发展的时代,制定适合本国国情的科技发展战略对科技落后的发展中国家超越科技先进水平的国家起着重要的作用。从新中国成立一直到今天中共历代领导人为发展科技提高综合国力进行着艰辛的探索,本文从以毛泽东为代表的党的领带人发展科技思想的早期探索开始,历经邓小平、江泽民和胡锦涛为代表的党的领导人在继承、发展基础上的探索为结构对中国共产党发展发展科技思想纵向分析论述了党的有中国特色的科技战略思想的历史演变。
