第一章总则(略) 第二章电子文件归档管理体系第六条各单位应把电子文件纳入本单位文件管理体系,把电子文件的归档管理工作纳入本单位信息化建设工作体系,纳入本单位办公自动化系统,并建立健全各项管理制度,逐步建立起科学的电子文件管理系统。第七条各单位办公自动化系统或电子文件管理系统应符合国家有关文件处理管理规定,并设置如下功能,保证电子文件的真实性、完整性、有效性: (一)设置相关功能,满足电子文件归档与管理需要。
