现代医院需要具备高效之行政管理,而只有不断创新医院行政管理新思路,不断提升医院行政效力,才有可能达到。本文从分析目前医院行政管理工作存在的问题与现状入手,探讨了一些创新医院行政管理的新思路。
Modern hospitals need to have efficient administration, and only by constantly innovating new ideas of hospital administration and continuously improving the administrative efficiency of the hospital can it be possible to achieve this goal. This article starts with the analysis of the existing problems and current situation in the hospital administration and discusses some new ideas for innovating the hospital administration.
