随着人力资源管理理论的成熟和实践的积累,员工培训逐渐成为企业塑造文化和传播愿景的主要途径。思想政治工作这一生命线贯穿企业发展的始终,帮助企业在竞争中取得优势,战胜各种困难,如何将培训与思想政治工作结合起来,利用培训机制推进思想政治工作,是新阶段我国企业亟待研究和解决的重要问题。本文通过对思想政治工作和企业培训的理论概述,分析了我国企业推进思想政治培训的重要性和必要性,并在此基础上提出了完善思想政治培训工作的对策和措施。
