成组技术是在产品多样化时代迅速发展起来,并受到各国普遍重视的一项综合性新技术。廿多年来的实践已充分证明,它是机械工业改变多品种、中小批量生产落后面貌的一项卓有成效的战略性技术组织措施。六十年代初,我国开始研究和推广成组技术,但在“文化大革命”中频于停顿,使我国在这方面大大落后于各工业先进国家。七十年代末,在一机部和中国机械工程学会的领导下,恢复和发展了成组技术的研究和试点工作,并于去年底成立了全国性的“成组技术研究情报网”。为了使成组技术在广大技术人员和管理干部中做到家喻户晓,使它在我国机械工业的调整和发展中发挥应有的作用,本刊在上海市机械工程学会机械加工分科学会成组技术专业组的协助下,从本期起举办“成组技术讲座”,内容将包括概述、零件分类编码、零件设计及标准化、成组工艺设计以及成组夹具等。读者有什么意见和建议请及时和我们联系。
Group technology is rapidly developed in the era of product diversification, and is generally considered by all countries a comprehensive new technology. The practice over the past 20 years has fully proved that it is an effective strategic technical organization for the machinery industry to change the backwardness of many varieties and small and medium-sized batches. In the early 1960s, our country began to study and popularize the technology of grouping. However, its frequent suspension during the “Cultural Revolution” has greatly lagged our country in backwarding the advanced countries in this field. In the late seventies, under the leadership of a machine department and the China Mechanical Engineering Society, the research and pilot work on group technology was resumed and developed. At the end of last year, a nationwide “group technology research intelligence network” was established. In order to group technology in the vast number of technical staff and management cadres to make a household name so that it will play its due role in the adjustment and development of China’s machinery industry, the Journal of mechanical engineering in Shanghai Mechanical Processing Branch of the group technology With the assistance of the professional group, the “Group Technology Seminar” will be held from this issue. The content will include an overview, part classification coding, part design and standardization, group process design and group fixture.
