为探索和建立视障阅读推广的长效机制,张家港市图书馆结合地方特点、自身条件以及视障读者阅读需求,推出“阳光驿站”盲人阅读计划,纳入全市“书香城市”建设体系,在阅读阵地建设、读书活动开展、志愿队伍建设、社会资源共享等方面均取得了实效,对促进弱势群体阅读帮扶、推动全民阅读都具有现实意义。
In order to explore and establish a long-term mechanism for the promotion of visually impaired reading, Zhangjiagang Municipal Library launched the “Blind Reading Program of Sunshine Inn” incorporating the features of the local community, its own conditions and the needs of readers with visual impairment into the city’s “Book of Fragrant Cities” System has achieved substantial results in the construction of reading positions, the carrying out of reading activities, the construction of volunteer teams and the sharing of social resources. It is of practical significance for promoting reading and helping the disadvantaged groups and for promoting universal reading.
