一般落料冲模对制造的要求比較高;下模上面孔的尺寸,都是在整数后附有小数,如φ4.93,φ11.7,φ12.4,φ19.1等等,規格又不一致,直径小,要求精度很高,大部分是A_3~A,光洁度要求达▽▽▽_8以上,同时孔的几何位置不規則,所以它們是不能在車床上加工的。过去我們采用钻床钻孔后再铰光的办法,但现有铰刀不能滿足生产需要,因此影响了模具制造任务的完成。针对这种困难,我們想了很多办法来解决,其中以采用圓錐形压棒,利用挤压扩孔的原理来加工这些孔,是最令人滿意的。所謂挤压扩孔,就是把圆錐形压棒的小端插入已經钻好的下模孔中,并且在垂直方向加一定的压力,使圆錐形压棒同下模孔壁发生挤压;从而使孔壁附近的金属发生塑性变形,以达到扩孔的目的。
