本文介绍了含碳吸附剂试验的方法和条件,确定了从烟道气中除去SO_2的特性参数。对于标准的吸附剂来说,在试验中发现各种活性炭的动力吸附能力和穿透时间,随接触时间的增长而增加,并随温度的提高而下降。总的吸附能力随着温度的提高呈线性下降。试验确定若干精制炭质吸附剂具有很高的吸附全SO_2的能力。
This paper describes the method and conditions for the test of carbonaceous adsorbents and determines the characteristic parameters for SO2 removal from the flue gas. For standard adsorbents, it was found in experiments that the kinetic adsorption capacity and breakthrough time of various activated carbons increased with the increase of contact time and decreased with the increase of temperature. The total adsorption capacity decreases linearly with increasing temperature. Several refined carbonaceous adsorbents were tested to determine the high capacity of adsorbing SO2.
