本文主要介绍了辽河牛居油田牛18井区油气投球不加热输送新工艺的工艺流程,收、发球装置的管线连接及注意事项;并实测了在正常生产与投球时温度、压力的变化情况,进而指出了该工艺流程存在的问题及改进方法.牛18井区采用油气投球不加热输送新工艺后(与单管热输比较),可节省400MJ/h水套炉31台,1000MJ/h加热炉4台,80Y-100×2输油泵(配75kW电动机)1台,φ114×5mm泡沫塑料保温管线5.5km;每年可节约天然气280.4Nm~3,电48.4×10~4kW·h.
This paper mainly introduces the process flow of the new technology of non-heating oil and gas pitching and the pipe connection of the receiving and service equipment in Niu 18 well block in Niuju Oil Field, Liaohe Oilfield, and the matters needing attention; and measures the changes of temperature and pressure during normal production and pitching, Furthermore, the existing problems and the improvement methods of the process are pointed out.Using oil-gas injection without heating and delivering new technology (compared with single pipe heat transfer), Niu18 well area can save 31 sets of 400MJ / h water jacket furnace and 1000MJ / h heating 4 sets of furnace, 1 set of 80Y-100 × 2 oil pump with 75kW motor and 5.5km of φ114 × 5mm foam insulation pipe; annual natural gas 280.4Nm ~ 3 and electricity 48.4 × 10 ~ 4kW · h can be saved.
