本研究探讨首乌与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)复合液对肝脏的药理效应。小鼠灌胃给药10天结果表明,其肝组织细胞 SOD 活力有显著提高(P<0.01),提示首乌粗提物与 SOD 伍用,在增强 SOD 活力上起共性效用,加强机体的防御机制,从而延缓细胞老化的发生。复合液对小鼠 CCl_4引发的肝组织脂质过氧化损伤反应,呈较强抑制作用,使肝组织丙二醛(MDA)生成量明显降低(P<0.05),表明复合液能从保护胞膜机制上增强肝细胞结构的稳定性。首乌与~(125)I-SOD 复合液示踪结果表明,外源性 SOD 与首乌粗提物配伍口服通过胃肠道能被吸收。
This study investigated the pharmacological effects of Shouwu and superoxide dismutase (SOD) complexes on the liver. The results of intragastric administration of mice for 10 days showed that SOD activity of liver cells was significantly increased (P<0.01), suggesting that the crude extract of Shouwu was used in conjunction with SOD to increase the activity of SOD and enhance the defense of the body.
