本研究旨在了解三门县农药中毒在人群中的分布情况,分析中毒的原因,为决策部门在农药生产、管理、使用和宣传等方面提供科学依据。依据国家农药中毒网络直报系统中农药中毒网络报告数据,对报告病例进行核实和分类统计。结果显示,三门县2008年至2011年共发生农药中毒299例,死亡9例,病死率为3.01%。以杀虫剂中毒较常见,占中毒总数的83.28%,9例死亡均为杀虫剂中毒,病死率3.61%。生产性中毒75人,占25.08%,死亡1人,病死率1.33%;非生产性中毒224人,占74.92%,死亡8人,均为非生产性自服,病死率3.57%。男性中毒172人,占57.53%,死亡6例,病死率3.49%;女性中毒127人,占42.47%,死亡3人,病死率2.36%。中毒人群以51~60岁和41~50岁为多,分别占17.39%和17.06%。生产性农药中毒8月份和9月份是高峰期,占62.67%。非生产性农药中毒的发生和病死率均高于生产性农药中毒,应加强农药生产和使用环节的管理,防控农药中毒的发生。
This study aimed to understand the distribution of pesticide poisoning in the population in Sanmen County, analyze the causes of poisoning, and provide a scientific basis for decision-making departments in pesticide production, management, use and publicity. According to the national pesticide poisoning network direct reporting system of pesticide poisoning network report data, the reported cases were verified and classified statistics. The results showed that there were 299 cases of pesticide poisoning in Sanmen County from 2008 to 2011, with 9 deaths, the case fatality rate was 3.01%. Insecticide poisoning is more common, accounting for 83.28% of the total number of poisonings. Nine of them died of pesticide poisoning with a mortality rate of 3.61%. Productive poisoning 75 people, accounting for 25.08%, 1 death, case fatality rate 1.33%; 224 non-productive poisoning, accounting for 74.92%, 8 deaths, are non-productive self-service, the case fatality rate 3.57%. 172 were male poisoned, accounting for 57.53%, 6 were dead, the case fatality rate was 3.49%; 127 were female poisonings, accounting for 42.47%; 3 were fatal and the case fatality rate was 2.36%. Poisoned people to 51 to 60 years old and 41 to 50 years old more, accounting for 17.39% and 17.06%. Productive pesticide poisoning in August and September is the peak, accounting for 62.67%. The occurrence and mortality rate of unproductive pesticide poisoning are both higher than that of productive pesticide poisoning. The management of pesticide production and use should be strengthened to prevent and control the occurrence of pesticide poisoning.
