工信部产业[2012]174号各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团工业和信息化主管部门:促进企业兼并重组是调整产业结构、转变发展方式、提高产业竞争力的重要措施,也是促进工业转型升级的重要内容。为贯彻落实《国务院关于促进企业兼并重组的意见》(国发[2010]27号),充分发挥地方工业和信息化主管部门在加快推进企业兼并重组中的作用,进一步加强企业兼并重组工作,现将有关事项通知如下:
