介绍了用正己烷抽提葡萄籽,然后将油进行皂化、甲酯化,用气相色谱-质谱法测定油中脂肪酸,共检测出14种脂肪酸,其中亚油酸含量最高,占86.48%。
The extraction of grape seed with n-hexane was introduced. Then the oil was saponified and methyl esterified. The fatty acids were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Fourteen kinds of fatty acids were detected, of which linoleic acid content was the highest (86.48%).
