非常高兴参加今天这么一个重要的会议.毛主席在1959年9月去视察过邯郸,讲了一句话“邯郸是要复兴的”.所以我要说的第一个问题就是邯郸正在复兴.毛主席讲的话是有根据的.邯郸这个地区对发展经济,特别是发展工业,发展冶金工业是得天独厚的.早在春秋战国时代,也就是说中国从青铜器时代转到铁器时代,邯郸起着重要的作用.邯郸自古以来就是一个冶铁的重要基地,也是汉朝冶炼钢铁的基地.北有邯郸,南有南阳,这是两个重要基地.汉朝时设立一批铁官,铁官就是国家经营冶炼工业的,邯郸就是一个重要的铁官活动基地.所以毛主席讲“邯郸是要复兴的”经过这么多年的这么长时间的岁月,我看邯郸要在我们社会主义制度下得到复兴,所以毛主席在1959年时就发出来这么一个号召.改革开放以后,这些年我们正在逐步实现.今天我们开这个会,特别是听了河北省的同志和邯钢的同志作的介绍,我想对于这一条我们充满了信心,确实是毛主席所讲的“邯郸是要复兴的”,现在看起来邯郸正在复兴,很重要一个标志是邯郸经济的发展、
