目的:探讨八珍汤联合环孢素治疗再生障碍性贫血增效减毒的机制。方法:选取60例再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各30例。A组予“环孢素胶囊”治疗,B组予“环孢素胶囊+八珍汤”治疗。观察两组治疗前后血常规三系、氧化应激及骨髓指标的变化,评估临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗后两组WBC、HGB、PLT水平均高于同组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后B组HGB、PLT水平高于同期对照组(P<0.05),而两组WBC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组SOD、FGF-1水平均高于同组治疗前(P<0.05),而MDA水平低于同组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后B组SOD、FGF-1水平均高于同期对照组(P<0.05),而MDA水平低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。A组总有效率为56.7%,B组为83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组总不良反应10例(33.3%);B组不良反应3例(10.0%),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八珍汤联合环孢素治疗再生障碍性贫血的增效减毒作用明显,其机制可能与调控患者氧化应激及促进造血功能相关。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Bazhen Decoction combined with cyclosporine in treating aplastic anemia. Methods: A total of 60 patients with aplastic anemia were selected as research objects and divided into A group and B group by random number table. A group to “cyclosporine capsules” treatment, B group to “cyclosporine capsules + Bazhen” treatment. The changes of blood routine three-line, oxidative stress and bone marrow index before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety. Results: The levels of WBC, HGB and PLT in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of HGB and PLT in group B were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) , The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of SOD and FGF-1 in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05), while the levels of MDA were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of SOD and FGF- (P <0.05), while MDA level was lower than the control group (P <0.05) at the same period. The total effective rate in group A was 56.7% and in group B 83.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). A group of patients with adverse reactions in 10 cases (33.3%); B group of adverse reactions in 3 cases (10.0%), between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bazhen Decoction combined cyclosporine treatment of aplastic anemia obvious synergistic attenuated effect, its mechanism may be related to the regulation of oxidative stress and promote hematopoietic function.
