七十年代以来,国内外陆续有空肠弯曲菌肠炎的报告。1982年我站首次在天津市腹泻病人中分离到空肠弯曲菌,证实该菌是仅次于痢疾杆菌的重要致腹泻病菌。现将近年来经粪便培养证实的57例空肠弯曲菌肠炎作一分析。
Since the seventies, there are reports of jejunal Campylobacter enteritis at home and abroad. In 1982, for the first time, we found Campylobacter jejuni isolated from diarrhea patients in Tianjin, confirming that this bacterium is an important pathogenic diarrhea bacterium secondary to Shigella dysenteriae. In recent years, 57 cases of Campylobacter jejuni enteritis confirmed by fecal culture were analyzed.
