最近,本刊编辑部组织召开了“江苏省部分知名小学校长座谈会”。讨论了现代小学发展的新思路、新策略;新世纪小学校长的角色定位和自我修炼。到会的校长们根据自身的管理实践,就新世纪小学的管理理念、发展思路、课程创新与实践及具体举措等进行了非常有意义的探讨。本刊现摘录泗洪县实验小学、海门市东洲小学、丹阳师范附属小学、溧阳市实验小学、昆山市实验小学、张家港市实验小学、如东县马塘小学、吴县市苏苑实验小学等校长的部分观点,以飨读者。
Recently, the editorial department of our magazine organized and held “Some Famous Primary School Presidents Forum in Jiangsu Province”. The new ideas and new strategies for the development of modern primary schools are discussed. The roles and self-cultivation of primary school principals in the new century are also discussed.
