目前在我国的建筑行业中,内墙抹灰仍为湿作业,手工操作、工作量大,投入的人工多,现场施工很不文明。因而造成工期长、工效低,劳动强度大。对于建筑业的经济效益影响很大。为了改善这种不良状况,国内不少单位都在设想用机械作业,代替手工操作。截止目前完整的机械甚少,大都处在摸索试验阶段,尚未用于实践。为了解决这一问题,原国家建工总局在1978年科研计划中安排在陕西省建总公司
At present, in the construction industry in China, the internal wall plastering is still wet operation, manual operation, heavy workload, labor input, and on-site construction is very uncivilized. As a result, it has a long construction period, low work efficiency, and labor intensity. It has a great influence on the economic benefits of the construction industry. In order to improve this unfavorable situation, many domestic companies are contemplating the use of mechanical operations instead of manual operations. To date, there have been very few complete machines. Most of them are in the exploratory testing stage and have not been used in practice. In order to solve this problem, the former State Administration of Construction and Industry arranged the establishment of the Shaanxi Provincial General Corporation in the 1978 scientific research plan.
