市场经济不是社会基本制度的范畴,而是属于经济运行机制的范畴。市场经济作为发达商品经济的运行机制,具有它自身固定的内容,这是市场经济的一般性;市场经济与一定的社会基本制度结合在一起所具有的社会性质,这是市场经济的特殊性。搞市场经济并非一定要搞私有化,在公有制基础上,是可以实行市场经济的。在建立社会主义市场经济体制中,应发挥市场的基础性作用,但也不能否定计划的作用。 Market economy is not a category of basic social system but belongs to the category of economic operation mechanism. As the operating mechanism of the developed commodity economy, the market economy has its own fixed content. This is the generality of the market economy. The social nature of the market economy combined with the basic social system is the particularity of the market economy. To pursue a market economy does not necessarily mean privatization. On the basis of public ownership, a market economy can be practiced. In establishing a socialist market economic system, we should play a fundamental role in the market but we can not deny the role of the plan.
