目的:研究迷迭香乙醇提取物对人肺癌细胞株A549、肝癌细胞株SMMC7721的生长抑制作用。方法:分别用HE染色法和溴化二苯偶氮盐(MTT)检测法,观察其形态学变化和对肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果:显微镜下可见A549、SMMC7721形态明显改变,200 mg/mL迷迭香提取物作用48h时,其抑制率分别为(93.06±1.56)%、(84.39±1.96)%。结论:迷迭香提取物对A549、SMMC7721细胞均有抑制作用,且呈量效关系。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of ethanol extract of rosemary on the growth of human lung cancer cell line A549 and hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC7721. Methods: HE staining and MTT assay were used to observe the morphological changes and the inhibitory effects on the proliferation of tumor cells. Results: The morphological changes of A549 and SMMC7721 were observed under microscope. The inhibitory rates of A549 and SMMC7721 were (93.06 ± 1.56)% and (84.39 ± 1.96)%, respectively, at 200 mg / mL rosemary extract for 48 h. Conclusion: Rosemary extract can inhibit A549 and SMMC7721 cells in a dose-effect relationship.
