金河磷矿是生产磷肥原料的大型化学矿山企业,产品单一,盈利很低。1986年矿山与德阳市化工局签订了为期5年的承包经营责任书,以上缴利润年递增27％作为承包的主要内容。企业承包后,抓紧了内部领导体制,劳动用工、分配制度等配套改革,充分调动广大职工的积极性,使企业与职工素质都有提高,1990年底承包合同已经完成。
Jinhe phosphate rock is the production of phosphate fertilizer raw materials of large chemical mining enterprises, a single product, low profitability. In 1986, the mine signed a letter of responsibility for contract operation with Deyang Municipal Bureau of Chemical Industry for a period of five years, increasing by 27% in profit over the previous year as the main content of the contract. After the contracting of enterprises, pay close attention to supporting reforms such as the internal leadership system, labor and employment, and distribution system, and fully motivated the enthusiasm of the vast numbers of staff and workers so as to improve the quality of enterprises and staff. By the end of 1990, the contract for the contract had been completed.
