介绍了一种烧结式PDC钻头的修复技术,首先对已使用过的PDC钻头磨损进行分析、评定,按照损坏程度和看修复性,把钻头磨损大体分为四类。将钻头分为符合修复条件的钻头进行预处理后,更换复合片,以及胎体进行堆焊修补,达到修复PDC钻头的目的。根据损坏程度分类对损坏的PDC钻头进行修复,可以达到新钻头性能的80~90%,成本则只有新钻头的30%左右,符合挖潜增效,节约成本的节能性社会的要求。
This paper introduces a kind of repair technology of sintered PDC bit. Firstly, it analyzes and evaluates worn PDC bit which has been used. According to the degree of damage and repairing, the wear of PDC bit can be divided into four categories. The drill bit is divided into repair conditions for the drill after pretreatment, the replacement of composite films, as well as the carcass surfacing repair, to repair the purpose of PDC bits. Damaged PDC bits can be repaired according to the degree of damage, which can reach 80-90% of the performance of the new bit. The cost is only about 30% of the new bit, which is in line with the requirements of the energy-saving society such as tapping potential and improving efficiency and saving costs.
