[目的]研究特效植物营养素对蜜柚果实的影响。[方法]在蜜柚谢花后开始用特效植物营养素(SPNE)喷施植株,间隔20 d以上再喷施,采收前一共喷了4次,比较了SPNE处理和对照产量及品质的差异,果实重量及外观表现的差异,果肉球重量及内观差异。[结果]SPNE使蜜柚的单株成果数比对照多,平均果重增加因而提高产量,在提高产量的同时使维生素C及可溶性固形物高于对照品质更好。用SPNE处理过的果实外观比对照大且色泽靓丽、光洁无疤、形状漂亮,外果皮比对照果皮稍薄,果肉球重量比对照增加且外观圆润光洁,尤其是果肉瓣比对照大分布均匀无内裂,果肉比对照更晶莹透亮口感更佳。[结论]为促进蜜柚生产更加优质高产提供理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of special plant phytonutrients on the fruit of pomelo. [Method] The plants were sprayed with special plant nutrient (SPNE) after the flower was pollination, and the plants were sprayed for more than 20 days. The spray was sprayed 4 times before harvest. The yield and quality of SPNE were compared. Fruit weight and appearance of the difference in performance, flesh ball weight and internal differences. [Result] SPNE increased the number of fruit per plant of pomelo fruit more than that of the control, increased the average fruit weight and thus increased the yield, and at the same time increased the yield of vitamin C and soluble solid than the control. The appearance of the fruit treated with SPNE was larger than that of the control and the color was bright and clean without scar. The shape of the exocarp was slightly thinner than that of the control peel. The weight of the flesh ball was increased and the appearance was smooth and smooth, especially the flesh petal was larger than that of the control Internal fissure, flesh more transparent than the control translucent taste better. [Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical basis for promoting more high quality and high yield of pomelo production.
