结果观察组患者的血清CRP、FG以及LP(a)水平表达分别为(14.56±2.36)mg/L、(8.78±1.32)g/L、(332.79±21.49)mg/L;对照组分别为(3.56±0.66)mg/L、(4.21±0.78)g/L、(136.45±14.68)mg/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重型脑梗塞患者的血清CRP、FG和LP(a)水平表达分别为(21.56±3.16)mg/L、(15.65±2.71)g/L、(398.12±25.41)mg/L高于中型(15.69±3.12)mg/L、(8.45±2.10)g/L、(337.98±31.02)mg/L和轻型患者(7.23±1.20)mg/L、(5.62±1.24)g/L、(275.56±10.20)mg/L,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大梗塞患者的血清CRP、FG和LP(a)水平表达分别为(19.21±3.15)mg/L、(15.78±3.12)g/L、(392.87±14.68)mg/L高于小梗塞(13.26±2.34)mg/L、(9.56±1.26)g/L、(335.46±4.75)mg/L和腔隙脑梗塞患者(6.23±1.20)mg/L、(4.56±0.63)g/L、(269.45±12.25)mg/L,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP、FG和LP(a)水平与脑梗塞患者的发生具有相关性,可以作为脑梗死患者的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the changes of FG, LP (a) and CRP levels and the distribution of disease status in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Fifty patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from February to June in 2015 were selected as the control group. Fifty healthy people were selected as control group. Serum FG, LP (a) and CRP The levels of FG, LP (a) and CRP in patients with different infarct size and infarction in the two groups were compared. Results The levels of serum CRP, FG and LP (a) in the observation group were (14.56 ± 2.36) mg / L and (8.78 ± 1.32) g / L and (P <0.05). Serum levels of CRP, FG and serum creatinine in patients with severe cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in patients with severe cerebral infarction The levels of LP (a) were (21.56 ± 3.16) mg / L, (15.65 ± 2.71) g / L, (398.12 ± 25.41) mg / L higher than those of moderate (15.69 ± 3.12) mg / L and (337.98 ± 31.02) mg / L and (7.23 ± 1.20) mg / L, (5.62 ± 1.24) g / L and (275.56 ± 10.20) mg / L respectively in the light group. The difference between the three groups was statistically significant (19.21 ± 3.15) mg / L, (15.78 ± 3.12) g / L and (392.87 ± 14.68) mg / L, respectively (P <0.05). The levels of serum CRP, (4.56 ± 1.63) mg / L, (4.36 ± 4.26) mg / L and 6.23 ± 1.20 mg / L, (4.56 ± 0.63) mg / g / L, (269.45 ± 12.25) mg / L, the difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of CRP, FG and LP (a) are correlated with the occurrence of cerebral infarction and may be used as risk factors for patients with cerebral infarction.
