微量推挽灌流技术是生理学、药理学研究中常用的实验手段之一。目前使用的微量灌流装置多是用步进马达控制的泵作为灌流动力,但是这种装置是单方向流动,因此,它只能推或抽,不能同时完成进出动作。另外,它在慢推进时其灌流是间断的,不能保持流速的稳定和取样部位压力的稳定。本文介绍的装置可克服以上不足,可为开展微量灌流技术提供方便。
Micro-push-pull irrigation technology is one of the commonly used experimental methods in physiology and pharmacology research. Currently used micro-perfusion devices are mostly stepping motor-controlled pump as a perfusion power, but this device is unidirectional flow, therefore, it can only push or pull, can not be completed at the same time out of action. In addition, the perfusion is intermittent at slow propulsion and does not maintain the stability of the flow rate and the pressure at the sampling site. This article describes the device to overcome the above shortcomings, can be carried out for micro-perfusion technology to facilitate.
