本文报告了20例正常人心房除极和心室复极的体表等电位标测图(BSM)。自全胸廓表面150个导联点记录心电波形,经摸一数转换后输入微型计算机,由x-y绘图仪自动给制等电位曲线。结果显示QRS波ST段交接时BSM可呈现多极性分布,而在P波和T波期间呈偶极性分布。
This article reports the body surface potential measurements (BSM) of 20 normal subjects with atrial depolarization and ventricular repolarization. From the entire surface of the thoracic surface of the 150 lead point record ECG waveform, touch a number of conversion input microcomputer, by the x-y plotter automatically to the equipotential curve. The results showed that the BSM can exhibit multipolar distribution during the ST segment transfer of QRS and bipolar distribution during the P wave and T wave.
