研究不同水平的牡丹籽饼对生长獭兔血清生化指标、免疫器官指数及屠宰性能的影响,探讨日粮中牡丹籽饼的适宜添加量,为牡丹籽饼的开发与应用提供依据。选取48日龄左右的健康獭兔64只,随机分为4组。A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B、C和D组为牡丹籽饼试验组,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加4%、8%和12%的牡丹籽饼配合的日粮。试验结果表明:4个试验组间血糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLO)含量差异均不显著(P>0.05);B、C和D组的胆固醇(CHO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力均高于A组,但各试验组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);4个试验组间免疫器官指数和屠宰性能差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加牡丹籽饼可提高生长獭兔血清生化指标、免疫器官指数及屠宰性能,且以添加8%较为适宜。
The effects of different levels of peony seed cake on the serum biochemical indexes, immune organ index and slaughter performance of Rex rabbit were studied, and the suitable dosage of peony seed cake in the diet was discussed to provide basis for the development and application of peony seed cake. Sixty-four healthy Rex rabbits of 48 days old were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. Group A was the control group fed the basal diet; Group B, C and D were the peony seed cake test group, which were fed diets supplemented with 4%, 8% and 12% peony seed cake in the basal diet respectively . The results showed that there was no significant difference in the contents of GLU, TP and GLO among the four experimental groups (P> 0.05). The levels of cholesterol (CHO), glutamine The activities of GSH-Px, T-AOC and CAT in group A were higher than those in group A, but there was no significant difference among the groups (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference in immune organ index and slaughter performance between the four experimental groups (P> 0.05). In summary, the addition of peony seed cake diet can increase the growth of biochemical markers of rex rabbits, immune organ index and slaughter performance, and to add 8% more appropriate.
