以曹庄煤矿81006工作面为试验研究对象,开展了以防止高承压底板水突出为目的的似膏体充填开采系统及工作面底板破坏深度探测研究。研制了以胶固料、矸石粉、粉煤灰为原料的充填材料,构建了地面及井下2部分充填系统,实现了物料的添加、搅拌、输送的自动控制。采用钻孔双端封堵测漏装置,对似膏体充填开采工作面(81006工作面)和顶板垮落法开采工作面(8812工作面)的底板破坏深度进行了现场实测。结果表明,在似膏体充填开采条件下,矿山压力对工作面底板破坏深度显著减小。基于“下四带”理论,分析了似膏体充填开采条件下矿山压力对底板破坏深度减少的机理,证明了似膏体充填开采是防止高承压底板水突出的有效措施。
Taking Caozhuang Coal Mine 81006 working face as the research object, this paper researches on the resembling system of the poultice filling and mining and the detection of the destructive depth of the working face with the aim of preventing the water with high bearing pressure. The filling material with glue solid material, gangue powder and fly ash as raw materials was developed. The filling system of ground and underground part 2 was constructed, and the automatic control of material addition, mixing and conveying was realized. Using drilling double-ended plugging leak detection device, the depth of floor destruction of the floor that resembles the paste-filled mining face (81006 working face) and the roof caving method mining face (8812 working face) was measured. The results show that under the condition of pumped filling, the destructive depth of mine floor on working face is significantly reduced. Based on the theory of “under four belts”, the mechanism of reducing the depth of destruction of the floor by the mine pressure under the conditions of the mining of the paste filling is analyzed. It is proved that the mining of the paste-like filling is an effective measure to prevent the water of the high pressure bearing floor from protruding.
