吉林省有线电视运行管理工作会议于8月2日至3日在大安市召开。各市(州)广播电视局的主管局长和科长,各有线电视台台长,系统内各现状台的主管局长和部分有线电视设备生产厂家代表共150人参加了会议。白城市委、市政府,大安市委、市政府的有关领导出席了会议。省广播电视厅陈桂荣副厅长到会并讲了话。郭慧芳处长受省广播电视厅张伯人总工程师的委托就全省有线电视发展规划,台站建设,技术维护提出了八点规定性意见:
Cable TV operation and management meeting in Jilin Province on August 2 to 3 held in Daan. A total of 150 people attended the meeting, including the chief director and chief of each city (state) radio and television bureau, chiefs of all cable television stations, chief directors of various status quo platforms in the system and representatives of some cable television equipment manufacturers. Baicheng municipal government, Daan municipal government leaders attended the meeting. Chen Guirong, deputy director of the provincial radio and television to the meeting and spoke. Director Guo Huifang commissioned by the Chief Engineer Zhang Boren of the provincial radio and television room on the province’s cable television development planning, station construction, technical maintenance put forward eight points of regular opinion:
