年会于1990年9月辉在大连市召开,由黑色冶金矿山学会筹办,报到通知另发。年会主要内容为学术交流及评选优秀论文,改选理事会及修改本会章程。本届年会论文重点及要求:贯彻执行国家计委颁发的《经济评价方法与参数》一书的经验及在矿山企业经济评价中的改进;在生产矿山如何进行经济体制改革,加速矿山发展及提高矿山企业经济效益;我国矿山发展的方针、政策及有关综合性问题;应用数学在矿山技术经济计算中的成熟经验;各学会研究课题及有关技经题目。论文份数200份。
The annual meeting was held in Dalian City in September 1990, organized by the Black Metallurgical and Mining Institute, and reported to the public separately. The main content of the annual meeting is academic exchange and selection of outstanding papers, reelection to the board of directors and revision of the constitution.
