根据国家教育部对各大高校体育管理的条例与规定,我国普通高校对学校体育工作进行了组织、指导、检查、评定等一系列活动。从各大高校教学管理为核心中认识到,体育教学管理制度是提高体育教学质量的重要保障。本文从多方面,对体育管理体制中存在的不足之处进行分析。并结合实际提出相关改革与完善的建议,培养出具有良好体育思想又具有体育锻炼技术的高素质人才,最终达成体育教学目标。
According to the regulations and provisions of the Ministry of Education on the management of sports in major colleges and universities, a series of activities have been organized, directed, inspected and evaluated by ordinary colleges and universities in our country. From the teaching management of colleges and universities as the core, PE teaching management system is an important guarantee to improve the quality of PE teaching. This article analyzes the shortcomings in sports management system from many aspects. Combined with the actual recommendations of the reform and improvement, cultivate a good sports ideas and physical training of high-quality personnel, and ultimately achieve the goal of physical education.
