目的:测定鬼臼酰肼哌啶腙氮氧自由基(GP_1)小鼠单次静注半衰期。方法:用ESR仪测定血样品中GP_1的浓度,对实验结果进行分析。结果:鬼臼酰肼哌啶腙氮氧自由基(GP_1)的浓度在10μg/ml至1mg/ml间的血样品中,顺磁共振讯号强度曲线的主峰高度与小鼠血中该药浓度为一线性关系,GP_1小鼠单次静脉注射,小鼠血中该药浓度与时间的曲线可用C=2831.4(μg/ml)e ̄(-0.267t)+625.2(μg/ml)e ̄(-0.0346t)公式表示;小鼠血中该药浓度消除相半衰期为20.03分。结论:GP_1小鼠单次静注数学模型更适合于2或3房室模型。
