辐射可造成机体的损伤。近年来自由基学说的提出,人们又认识到OH·参与了辐射损伤过程。研制防护辐射损伤的药物,已成为国内外十分重要的课题。为此我们观察了TMC_2对小鼠辐射损伤的保护作用。
Radiation can cause body damage. In recent years, radical theory put forward, people also recognize that OH · involved in the process of radiation damage. Research and development of radiation protection of the drug has become a very important issue at home and abroad. To this end, we observed the protective effect of TMC_2 on radiation injury in mice.
