目的:完善浓百合剂的质量标准,控制药品质量。方法:采用薄层鉴别法对浓百合剂中的瓜蒌子、前胡、紫苏子进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对黄芩中的黄芩苷和黄柏中盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定。结果:在薄层色谱中能检出瓜蒌子、前胡、紫苏子;通过HPLC法测得黄芩中的黄芩苷和黄柏中盐酸小檗碱含量稳定,可靠;黄芩苷的平均回收率为98.83,RSD为1.82,盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率为98.40,RSD为1.53。结论:该方法能够对浓百合剂进行准确、快速地定性、定量分析,结果稳定、可靠,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To improve the quality standards of concentrated lily agents and control the quality of medicines. Methods: The qualitative identification method was used to identify the melon seed, the peony, and the perilla in the concentrated lily agent. The content of berberine hydrochloride in the baicalin and phellodendron in the peony was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Thallus chinense, Qianhu and Perilla fructus were detected by TLC. The content of berberine hydrochloride in baicalin and Phellodendron amurense was stable and reliable by HPLC. The average recovery rate of baicalin was obtained by HPLC. 98.83, RSD was 1.82, the average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 98.40, RSD was 1.53. Conclusion: This method can accurately and quickly determine the quantitative and qualitative analysis of concentrated lily agents. The results are stable, reliable and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
