针对某钢厂转炉扭力杆芯部存在的初始缺陷问题,利用三维有限元软件,对初始缺陷进行仿真,计算了额定力矩和事故两种不同状态下,不同当量初始缺陷下的机械应力,提取了不同情形下的应力强度因子。结果表明:额定力矩状态下,扭力杆的使用是安全的;事故状态下,初始缺陷导致扭力杆的安全使用具有一定的危险性。
Aiming at the initial defects in the core of torque converter rod in a steel mill, the three-dimensional finite element software was used to simulate the initial defects and calculate the mechanical stress under different equivalent initial defects under rated torque and accident condition Stress intensity factors in different situations. The results show that the torsion bar is safe to use under the rated moment condition. In the accident state, the initial defect leads to the dangerous use of the torsion bar.
